It’s the last weekend in May and things are looking brighter for us in Vancouver. Do you have your dining reservations at your favourite local restaurant? I am eating out Friday and Saturday- woohoo! Rumour has it that the Stanley Park train is open this weekend for a classic family outing. You can pair it with the Nature Interpretation Lake tour in Stanley Park and plan to spend the morning. Does anyone ever get enough of fresh spot prawns in season – Saturday is the Spot Prawn Festival virtual event where you follow along and learn how to cook Spot Prawn’s three ways from some of BC’s best chefs, including my friend Chef Ned Bell.
